REGISTER YOUR INTENTION TO PARTICIPATE BY E-MAILING YOUR NAME, ORGANISATION, DESIGNATION, MOBILE NUMBER, E-MAIL ADDRESS AND INTENDED DATE OF PARTICIPATION TO internationalconferences@yahoo.com AND worldclassconferences@yahoo.com TO ENABLE YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION.
PAYMENT OF FEE
Bank details (Name of Account, Name of Bank and Account Number) will be sent to participants attending the conferences upon receipt of the details of participants (Name, Address, Organization, Office Tel. number, GSM Tel. Number, Email address) and confirmation of the participants for the conference.
The participants will then be referred to transfer fund for the payment of conference fee by fund transfer to the conference account.
ENTRY VISA FOR PARTICIPANT
Upon payment of conference fee and registration of the participants for the conference, introduction letter and other documents required for application for entry visa will be forwarded to the participants to enable the participants apply for the entry visa to the host country of the conference.
ACCOMMODATION OF PARTICIPANTS
participants should make request for reservation of accommodation in writing to enable participants have reservation of accommodation. Please apply to internationalconferences@yahoo.com
Upon receipt of this request, accommodation shall be reserved for the participant.
However, participants are also free to book their hotel reservations with different hotels available in the country hosting the conference
